At JLVH Homeopathy Wellness, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our customers while ensuring smooth operations. Please review the guidelines below to help you make any necessary adjustments with clarity and ease.

🔹 Cancellation Fee – A $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. This fee helps cover administrative efforts, scheduling adjustments, and potential opportunity costs.
🔹 Notification Requirement – To avoid the cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the $50 fee.
🔹 Payment Method – If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the payment method on file. Please ensure your payment details are up to date.
🔹 No-Show Policy – Missing an appointment without prior notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. We value your time and appreciate the same consideration for ours.
🔹 Emergency Cancellations – We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you cannot provide timely notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases individually.
