Terms & Conditions for Homeopathic Mentorship

1. Mentorship Purpose

These mentorship sessions are designed to support students and practitioners in developing their clinical skills, remedy selection strategies, case analysis techniques, and overall confidence in homeopathic practice.

Mentorship is educational and consultative in nature. It does not replace licensed supervision (where required) or substitute formal medical or clinical training.

2. Session Format & Delivery

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Skype, or Phone.

• Standard session length is 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

• Mentees are expected to come prepared with specific questions, cases, or topics.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions are scheduled in advance at mutually convenient times.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required prior to the scheduled session.

• Accepted payment methods include: [Payment Options, e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Check]

• Package sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

• All client or case-related information shared during mentorship is treated as strictly confidential.

• Mentees are expected to anonymize any identifying details when sharing patient cases.

6. Scope of Mentorship

• The mentor provides support, feedback, clinical insights, and study resources based on experience and education.

• The mentor is not responsible for the outcomes of any client cases managed by the mentee.

• The mentee retains full responsibility for any decisions made in their homeopathic practice.

7. Communication Between Sessions

• Optional email support is available only for those who purchase an email support package.

• Response time for emails is typically within 48 business hours.

8. Ethics and Professionalism

• Mentees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

• The mentor reserves the right to discontinue mentorship for inappropriate behavior, ethical violations, or repeated missed appointments.

9. Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions.

• Unused package sessions may be refunded (prorated), minus a 10% administrative fee.

• In cases where the mentor must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

10. Legal Disclaimer

• Mentorship does not constitute medical advice or professional supervision required by law in certain jurisdictions.

• The mentor is not liable for any decisions made by the mentee in their independent practice.

11. Agreement

By booking a mentorship session, the mentee agrees to these terms and conditions.
