🔹 Cancellation Fee – A $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason. This fee helps cover administrative efforts, scheduling adjustments, and potential opportunity costs.

🔹 Notification Requirement – To avoid the cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the $75 fee.

🔹 Payment Method – If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the payment method on file. Please ensure your payment details are up to date.

🔹 No-Show Policy – Missing an appointment without prior notice will result in a $75 cancellation fee. We value your time and appreciate the same consideration for ours.

🔹 Emergency Cancellations – We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you cannot provide timely notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases individually.
