To ensure a productive and respectful experience for both of us, please review the following terms: What’s Included Up to 6 email exchanges per month (each exchange counts as one question and one reply). Support is available for case-related questions, remedy discussions, and guidance related to your ongoing mentorship. Response time: You can expect a thoughtful reply within 48 hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). What’s Not Included This service is not a substitute for live mentoring sessions or emergency consultations. Complex cases requiring detailed analysis may need to be scheduled as a formal session. Email support is limited to clinical and mentorship-related topics only. Usage Guidelines Please keep emails clear and focused on one topic or case per message. If your inquiry exceeds the 6-exchange limit in a month, additional emails will be subject to an extra fee or will require scheduling a live session. Respectful and professional communication is expected at all times. Payment and Cancellation The Email Support Add-On is billed monthly at $85. You may cancel the add-on at any time by providing 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Unused email exchanges do not roll over to the next month.
